other real estate, so take ownership of a room or suite in effect

legal rules of Time sharing (Legislative

Buying in Co-Ownership of a hotel suite is by notarial deed as any other real
estate, so take ownership of a suite in effect
you have complete freedom to dispose of it at

it, exchanged, loaned to friends, leave a legacy ...

full compliance with the timeshare and consumer
protection.

Can I resell property purchased using
Emerald Garden Resort as an intermediary?
Yes. Our facility maintains a constantly
active resales office that deals with the

will give you a response evaluation.

Is it true that I can exchange my vacation time
and thus use of the property at any time of year?
Yes, certainly. The exchange is one of the strengths of this
formula. You can leave your deposit period in our
database and have the opportunity to exchange it
for another of equal value that will offer the
same database.
This option is active both for the exchange "equal"
for both periods or chambers of higher values,
with balance.

How will be made available my room at my
arrival?
The room will be made available just like in any
other hotel, with clean sheets and towels, mini
bar and in perfect order in all its functions.

The various room amenities such as restaurant or
daily cleanup will be optional.

Am I somehow obliged to go in the Suite during
the period that I bought or make an exchange?
Absolutely not. Unlike other formulas holidays, our formula is
not mandatory, you can indeed use the
opportunity provided by the word "non-use not pay" the annual maintenance fee.
- But the validity of your
contract is as required by law?
Yes, the original contract and subsequent
Notary Deed ensures that your right to use for life
your second home in Siam are in accordance with
Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No 206
